    Program Description:

    • ICF approved CCEU' will be provided

    • Webinar link will be provided prior to the event

    • Webinar replay will be provided to paid participants

Neuro-Linquistic Programming (NLP) is best known as the study of replicating excellence.  We have all experienced high performing states of being in the past, but the challenge is to enter into and access such resources when desired.  Since the mid seventies, NLP has developed a number of effective techniques for individuals to enter into such optimal resource states quickly and when needed.   In this seminar, we will explore a couple of these methods so that you will be empowered to use them immediately with yourself and with clients.

During this seminar you will be presented with:

    • A short history of NLP and its principles
    • A quick optimal resource building exercise known as "Anchoring."  Once the resource state is "anchored" the quality, or state, can be accessed when desired.
    • Two types of visualization (mental rehearsal):  "Dissociation" and "Association".  A unique insight and contribution to human development from the world of NLP.  These distinctions explain why some mental rehearsal practices work and others does not.
    • How to use dissociated visualization to quickly accelerate your own coaching skills
    • How to use dissociated and association visualization together in a process known as the DAD exercise to assist clients in developing intrinsic motivation
    • How to use visualization to increase the likelihood of clients completing their agreed upon action steps

By the end of this 90-minute webinar, you will be able to:

    • Develop specific triggers ("anchors") for various resource states to be accessed on demand
    • Distinguish between two types of visualization and leverage the power of each for different reasons
    • Practice a mental rehearsal for rapid skill development
    • Lead others through the same process of mental rehearsal
    • Effectively assist yourself and others to imagine future actions and increase the follow through of them

APRIL ICF-CF Meeting (Webinar): Mastering your Marketing Skills by Using Neuroscience and Archetypes to Build a Strong and Unique Coaching Brand

    April 24 (WEBINAR)

    Presenter:  Betsy Jordyn

    * Please note that there is a $10 (member) and $15 (non-member) participation fee, access to the webinar link will be sent to each registrant prior to the event. A webinar replay will be provided to all registered participants following the event.

    Program Description:

You are brilliant and one of a kind.  Even though there are lots of coaches, there never has been, nor with there ever be someone with your unique gifts, skills, ideas and perspective. If you’re not clear and compelling about who you are and what you do, your future clients will miss on something truly irreplaceable.

Deep down we all know that we have something special to offer our clients, but most coaches don’t know exactly what their specific strengths, quirks, perspective and style contribute to their clients. They wind up chasing dollars and trying to exploit “opportunities” without deeply understanding the people they hoped to serve.

“What is it that you bring to the table that they would not have without you?”

This is what we’ll unpack in this meeting.

You’ll walk away with strategies, tips and tools on how to:

    • Tap into your ideal client’s heart and mind to create a magnetic bond with them – long before they ever hire you
    • Uncover what makes your coaching distinctive and the real reasons clients want to work with you
    • Create an inimitable position in the marketplace where you stand out from other coaches and are seen as a go-to expert worth premium fees
    • Infuse your coaching practice with strong emotional appeal and meaning
    • Shift your marketing from “push to pull” – instead of shouting your messages in hopes of attracting new clients, you’re empowered to draw your clients to you
    • Build long-term client relationships, as opposed to one-off sporadic sessions which will increase the perception of your brand, client loyalty, your impact and compensation
    • Dramatically reduce your blocks about marketing and get more into the flow of the business development aspects of your coaching practice, which translates to more happiness and sustained passion over the long term.

    Program Description:

Emotional Courage and Coaching: The Key to Helping Your Clients Get Massive Traction on Their Most Important Work (and Getting Your Most Stuck Clients Unstuck)

We’ve all been there. Whether it’s a particularly challenging issue or a difficult client, even the best coaches get stuck sometimes and don’t know how to help their clients move forward. And, despite what seems like our best efforts, clients don’t follow through on their own plans or fail to take the steps they agree they should take and say they want to take.

In this session, bestselling author Peter Bregman tackles this problem once and for all. Peter will unlock the secrets of highly successful coaching - no matter whom you are coaching - pinpointing the missing ingredient that makes all the difference: Emotional Courage.

In this webinar Peter brings the ideas of his new book to life. You will:

    • Learn why emotional courage is the key to your strongest coaching
    • Learn specific techniques to apply the principle of emotional courage in your coaching; &
    • Experience emotional courage in the moment so that you leave the webinar a stronger coach than when you came in.

Most importantly you will increase the rate and consistency of your client’s follow-through - the holy grail of coaching.

    Key Learning Takeaways

    1. What emotional courage is, and why it’s important to develop as coaches and in our clients.

    2. How to identify whether Emotional Courage is holding your client back.

    3. Practical, actionable techniques to apply Peter’s Emotional Courage methodology in your coaching.

All Global ICF Members will receive CCE’s for this event pending ICF approval

      How Women Rise

Women’s distinctive strengths and behaviors provide them with many

advantages. Yet the very habits that help them early in their careers can hold

them back as they seek to rise.

In this webinar, Sally will draw on her work with legendary executive coach

Marshall Goldsmith to help women and the coaches who support them identify and address the habits most likely to get in their way as they seek to move to a higher level.

This program is not just for women: By attending this program, men will gain a better understanding of what can hold women back and helps them be more informed and effective supporters of female clients and colleagues.

Using vivid real-life examples that resonate and inspire, Sally will help participants:

o Identify how specific habits may hinder women as they move to a higher

      level

o Initiate simple behavioral changes that can smooth a woman’s path going

      forward

o Develop accountability strategies for changes that can benefit individuals

      and their organizations

o Become a more powerful resource for women seeking to rise

        • Understand why vulnerability is the foundational skill set of courage.
        • Understand the critical role that self-awareness plays in daring leadership.
        • Understand that it’s armor – not fear – that is the greatest obstacle to daring leadership.
        • Understand the four skill sets that make up courage: rumbling with vulnerability, living into our values, BRAVING trust, and learning to rise.
        • Understand that courage is a collection of four skill sets that are measurable, observable, and teachable.
        • Recognize that vulnerability is the birthplace of many of the behaviors that define daring leadership including creativity, accountability, and difficult conversations.
        • Recognize that daring leadership requires showing up for hard conversations and rumbles, including giving and receiving feedback.
        • Learn tools to be you, be all in and fall, rise and try again.
